This teaching device has the following design:
Hydraulic table with parts:
Full metal work table covered with plastic;
Board size: 950 x 1050 mm. With Ø5 mm holes every 50mm (horizontally and vertically) for fast clamping of hydraulic components without the use of additional tools;
- 4 wheels (2 front wheels can lock);
3 drawers with locking system with keys to store parts;
A clipboard can clip documents located on the side of the desk. - Portable hydraulic power pack
This electrically powered hydraulic power pack includes:
- 6 liter transparent container;
Single phase motor 0.12Kw;
Extra-silent gear pump, Q = 0.5 l / min;
Pressure reducing valve, P max: 10 bar;
Pressure gauges: 0-16 bar Stop-Start switch;
Quick coupling (1P – 2T);
3 m power cable with plug;
Tap to add bubbles into the circulating oil circuit; - Can oil (5 liters) with a special red color.

- Double cylinder: Cylinder d / e Ø20 x Ø10 x 58mm.
Manual 4/2 splitter: manual activation, spring elastic
Pressure reducing valve: ball valve. Direct control.
3-port splitter connected to the pressure gauge 0-10 bar, with quick connection for one female + two male heads.
Check valve: check valve position.
Throttle unit: throttle needle, adjust manually.
6-port splitter: 6 male quick connectors, size NW4
Tube set: 6 tubes NA3 x 520 mm, 4 tubes NA3 x 350 mm. Pipe ends are available with a quick connect female. - Theory book and practice.
Advanced transparent parts - Pressure reducing valve with dampers: pipe valve with 3-port dampers. Manual adjustment.
Single cylinder: Ø20x Ø10x 40mm Return with a spring.
Pressure reducing valve: 3-port pressure reducing valve. Direct control. Manual adjustment.
One-way throttle valve: needle valve with by-pass
Lock valve: valve 2/2. Manual operation.
Piloted one-way throttle: hydraulically activated
Flow control valve with pressure compensation: combined hydrostatic valve. Manual adjustment.
4-port splitter: has a quick connector with 3 male + 1 female.
Tube set: 5 x 520 mm. The tubes are available with a quick connect end: female. - Theory book and practice.
Hydraulic and electric transparent parts
- Power supply: 220 VAC / 24 VDC, I = 5 A. Overload and short-circuit protection. On / Off switch, On / Off indicator, electronic stabilizer, quick connector Ø = 4 mm. Put in plastic container with transparent lid.
Controller: 4 push buttons, 2 green, 1 red, 1 yellow, with 1 normally open contact + 1 normally closed contact. 1 switch with 1 normally open contact + 1 normally closed contact. 1 electronic on / off timer, adjustable from 0 to 6 seconds. 4 diodes to reduce sparks. 4 indicator lights, 2 green, 1 red and 1 yellow. Quick connector Ø = 4 mm. Put in plastic container with transparent lid.
Relay: 3 relays, each relay has 4 pairs of contacts. On / Off indicator on each suction coil of the relay. Diodes eliminate sparks on each suction coil. 6-link splitter for negative voltage. 6 splitters for negative voltage. Quick connector Ø = 4 mm. Put in plastic container with transparent lid.
Connection cable set: 14 blue cables, 500 mm long with Ø4 mm male connector
