PAXcam digital cameras are available in a variety of models, from routine cameras for educational labs, to high resolution cameras for specialized microscopy applications. Live views of the microscope field of view are shown on your computer screen or through your projector, and still images or video clips can be easily captured.
PAX-it allows image capture and video clip production filed into a searchable image archive or reference library. PAX-it provides tools for annotation, measurement, report and presentation production, sharing, and more! PAX-it is your centralized software application for not only housing your images, but for working with them. Features include image processing functions such as stitching and fusion, side-by-side image viewing for comparisons, one-click production of reports and handouts via our special links to MS-Office applications, and much more.
For the more advanced educational labs, image analysis functions may used for specialized counting and measurements, including reporting. Live streaming of microscope or macrostand views via projectors is accomplished with a simple cable plug-in. In addition, the CONNECT streaming software allows live views to be streamed across the network to other labs or classrooms, for remote viewing and discussion.
