According to the great variety of industrial vehicles also the starting systems are always adapted to the structure and type of motor of the vehicle on which they must be put.
This simulator must mainly take into consideration the 12V and the 24V starting systems with switching of the batteries and the starting systems with the device for starting block.
The simulator must analyze also the starting systems with the device for starting repetition, those with the relay for double starting for operation in parallel and those with the switching relay for the operation in parallel.
The trainer must be specially designed in vertical frames, bench-top, so as students can watch the theoretical and practical study of the automotive systems. The simulator must consist of a panel operated by a PC with a coloured diagram that should clearly show the structure of the system and should allow the location of components on it. The display of the information available on the PC screen must allow the continuous control of the educational system. The operational conditions must be entered by the students. The insertion of faults must be carried out through the PC.
The trainer must be supplied with the software and the documentation that shall guide the student to the study and the performance of the simulation exercises.
