Biomasses

Biomass refers to the organic material that is used for production of energy, which is referred to as Bioenergy. De Lorenzo has designed a kit, for basic level, where the entire process of the production of organic fuel can be displayed (alcohol fermentation, distilled mash and conversion into usable energy). Another high-level plant is also available for the production of biodiesel (a liquid biofuel obtained by chemical processes from vegetable oils or animal fats); it is composed of methoxide tank, a pre-treatment tank, a reactor, a pump and an electric box. They are recommended for high schools and first years of university according to the level.
