The device includes a metal frame that supports the following modules:
– A pneumatic board, where all components are attached and identified through symbols. These include: 6 double acting magnetic cylinders with 12 flow regulators and 12 proximity sensors, 4 stabilized 5/2 valves and 2 unstable valves, 10 unstable 2/2 solenoid valves and 1 divider. Supplied with 50 m ø4 plastic tubes and 3 m ø6 plastic tubes, 1 T and 5 plug plugs, 1 pipe cutter, manual and exercise book with experiments.
– A pneumatic electric panel provides a bridge for limit switches and a magnetic valve, including: 1 emergency stop button and 4 control buttons, 1-2PDT switch, 1 slow close contact and 1 open contact Slow of time relay, 5 auxiliary contacts contactor with 6 switching contacts and 3 signal lights.
– An air supply panel, providing 1 main switch, 1 filter, 2 pressure regulators with 2 pressure gauges, 1 emergency stop and 3 3/2 digital pushbuttons, 1 switch 5/2 and 1 digital 5/2 push button.
NOTE: The DL 8171 pneumatic power device can be connected to a PLC, such as our DL 2210A or DL 2210B.
ACCESSORIES: Both pneumatic and pneumatic equipment needs an air compressor like our DL 8110SLZ.
