Information will be exchanged between PLC and virtual system through data collection board provided with 32 isolated I / O channels and USB port:
16 channels with input voltage: Logic 0: 2V maximum. Logic 1: Minimum 5V (maximum 60V) or dry contact
16 channels with output voltage: 5 ~ 40Vdc – sink current up to 100mA / channel and maximum total of 1.1 A.
Based on the latest PC technology, this device will make PLC training easy and fun. The result will correspond to a simulation environment that allows the training process to be highly realistic, without any risks of human injury or damage to machines.
Automation tasks will be presented with increasing difficulty, so that users can advance to more advanced exercises as they improve their skills.
This device will recreate five training processes based on actual industrial processes. Each procedure presents the standard problems found in PLC programming, presented in order of increasing difficulty.
These training processes will include:
CLASSIFICATION: cases of transportation from compartments to elevators, sorting them by height
MIXING: Mix the three main colors (red, green and blue) to get the desired color
SORTING: case of stacking up to three layers
CHOOSE & INSTALL: place parts inside the boxes through a three-axis controller
AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSE: transport, store and retrieve boxes from shelves
The system is arranged in the control panel with 2 mm players for digital input / output.
PLCs are provided with LADDER language applications to control five simulation processes.
