Record Pressure-Volume data with AcqKnowledge‘s intuitive interface and Pressure-Volume QuickStart Template. View raw waveform data and the most recent loop data in real-time! See key cardiac values updated every second on the Cardiac Values Toolbar.
Easily run a Baseline Analysis by clicking “Analyze Baseline” on the toolbar. Confirm catheter positioning or see preliminary results to experimental conditions with the key cardiac per-loop measures output during the Baseline Analysis.
After recording, take advantage of the Full PV Loop Analysis Routine. Simply select the area of interest in the raw data and start the analysis routine. The analysis window will populate with all loops in the selected area and their corresponding measures. In addition, end diastolic and end systolic points will be indicated on each loop with black dots and statistical best-fit lines will be overlaid on the graph for ESPVR and EDPVR. Individual loops can be included or excluded from the analysis simply by checking or un-checking the box next to their loop number on the display. The multiple loop measures will automatically repopulate after any changes to included/excluded loops and the individual loop measures for excluded loops will be grayed out in the built-in text table.

The MP160 data acquisition systems include all hardware, AcqKnowledge software and guides you need to get started. The software, hardware and tutorial guides are provided in digital, PDF format for easy access and search options while running AcqKnowledge.
The MP160 System offers:
- Ethernet-ready data acquisition and analysis – ships with USB 2.0 to Ethernet Adapter, 10/100 Mbps – ETHUSB
- AcqKnowledge current release software
- Record multiple channels with differing sample rates
- Record at speeds up to 400 kHz (aggregate)
- Record from multiple MP150s with the Linked Acquisition feature in AcqKnowledge
Place one or more MP160 Systems in a local area network (LAN). Use any PC in the LAN to record from any MP160 system in the network.
To put together a system for your specific needs, start with one of our Starter Systems, then add the amplifier modules, transducers and electrodes to match your research design.
