MULTI-FUNCTIONAL BENCH – DL LAB80

Multi-functional bench with a total volume of about 80 liters suitable for the preparation of small amounts of marmalades, jam, ketchup, juices and other alimentary products. The unit is designed as a small-scale plant with high technology rate. The 80 liters multi-functional bench is an autonomous unit that is able to grant high quality products.

With this multi-functional bench, it is possible to perform the following operations:

  • Steam generation
  • Washing of the product
  • Cooking, scalding and enzymatic deactivation of vegetables and fruit
  • Vacuum cooking and concentration
  • Cooking up to 110°C
  • Cooking at atmospheric pressure
  • Distillation process of aromatic substances
  • Candied fruit and marron glacé
  • Steaming of tuna or vegetables
  • Cooling of previously vacuum cooked products
  • Different types of sterilization: through steam, rain and mixed systems for jars, boxes (all including counter pressure cooling)
  • Washing and rinsing of the containers after sterilization and pasteurization
  • Filling of the product through semi-automatic tap
  • Semi-automatic tightening of caps with controlled effort clutch
