This board allows the study of RAM memories and circuits using RAMs for storing logic information and for data transfer to a BUS.
The board is composed of:
• 4 + 4 buffers with three‐state output
• 8‐bit latch register (type D)
• 4‐to‐10 line decoder
• RAM 1024 x 4
• hexadecimal keypad
• coder for hexadecimal keypad
• 8‐bit digital‐to‐analogue converter
• 8‐bit analogue‐to‐digital converter
• multiturn potentiometer for generating voltages between 0 and 10V
