TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
A wind tunnel in which the following components are installed:
o A three-phase industrial fan.
o Flow straightener.
o An anemometer for wind speed measurement.
o A six blade 52 V, 40 W wind turbine, with a mechanism for changing its orientation with respect to the wind source.
A stand to mount the anemometer outside.
An control module including:
o Three phase inverter to control the fan generating the air flow in the tunnel.
o Instruments, (wind speed meter, RPM meter, voltage meter, current meter and power meter).
o 0-10V analogue output from each instrument.
o A lamp and variable resistive load.
o Protected with emergency pushbutton.
o Serial communication using Modbus RTU.
