Basic Module Electric-Pneumatic

Air-operated equipment is the rule of all technical applications in which compressed air is used to perform the job.

For this matter, De Lorenzo offers two types of modular equipment, compact or modular both pneumatic and electric pneumatic.

They are designed with standardized symbols for easy identification and quick connection.

All equipment used is industrial equipment and meets the highest quality level. Modular devices come in two versions: with basic and advanced modules.

A dedicated PLC can be added to the electric pneumatic module to create a fully automated system.

This device is recommended for schools.

This teaching device is designed as follows:

BASIC MODEL (DL 8115EPB)

DL 8110P01: Sliding valve, adjustable filter with manometer and divider

DL 8110P11: Magnetic cylinder (SE) with retractable piston rod and throttle unit

DL 8115EP01: 3/2, 1 NC (YES) and 1 NO (NOT) electric pneumatic valves

DL 8115EP02: 5/2 electric pneumatic valve, double stabilized (1) and single stabilized with mechanical springs (1) and filters

DL 8115EP03: Double magnetic cylinder (DE) with throttle (2), magnetic sensor (2) and photoelectric sensor

DL 8115EP04: Double magnetic cylinder (DE) with throttle (2), magnetic sensor (2), induction sensor and capacitive sensor

DL 8115EP05: Module of stable power supply: 24Vdc, 2A

DL 8115EP06: Module has 6 push buttons (each contact has 1 normally open contact, 1 normally closed contact)

DL 8115EP07: Module with 3 relays (each relay has 4 normally open contacts, 4 normally closed contacts)

DL 8115EP08: The module has 4 lights, 2 timers (slow open and close slowly) and two switches (each switch has 1 normally open contact, 1 normally closed contact)
